Event registration All participants who wish to attend one of our events must register in advance. The capacity of the events is limited and registrations will be handled in order of receipt. A confirmation letter will be sent to you after receiving your online subscription. Formal registration only takes place after receipt of the registration fee. Payment All payments should be made in €(EURO) and free of all bank and other charges. No personal or company cheques are accepted. The credit card payments will be handled by Paypal and won't have any extra charges.If you prefer to pay via the traditional way (by receiving a hard copy of the invoice and payment by bank wire) an administrative fee of € 25,00, excl. 19% VAT. Also if you would like to pay by creditcard, but prefer not to do this via Paypal, we can do this for you. For this action we also charge you €25,00.
The payment should be fulfilled in advance in order to participate in our events. Cancellation Cancelling and refunding your registration fee is possible up to 3 weeks before the event actually takes place. An administration fee of € 95,- will be charged in case of cancellation. Please note that refunds are no longer possible after this date.
Substitution In case you are unable to attend an event you signed up for, a substitute delegate is welcome to take your place at no extra charge. A letter of authorization letter from the original participants is mandatory to take over the place and should be sent to the ASTP office.
Hotel accommodation ASTP doesn’t take responsibility for the hotel accommodation of its participants. Participants should take care of their own accommodation. An overview of the selected hotels per event (together with the discounts we arranged) can be found on the website of ASTP www.astp.net. Insurance The event organizers do not accept any liability for personal injuries or loss of and/or damage to personal belongings of the event's participants, either during or as a result of the events. Please check the validity of your insurance.
